  1. Pinecones: Spirals go both directions - count them (usually 8 and 13)
  2. Pineapples: Same spiral pattern visible on the surface
  3. Tree branches: Count branches at each level up the trunk
  4. Shells: Nautilus shells follow Fibonacci spiral perfectly
STEP 4
the golden connection (5 minutes)
  1. As Fibonacci numbers get bigger, dividing them gets closer to 1.618 (golden ratio)
  2. 89/55 = 1.618... This ratio appears in art, architecture, even your body!
  3. Distance from ground to belly button / belly button to top of head ≈ 1.618
  4. This isn't coincidence - it's optimization through evolution
